This item seems quite sturdy, has heavy chrome plating and looks genuinely nice. It goes up genuinely and strongly (be sure to get a 1/4 inch tile/glass bit), using the screws and anchors that come with it. In fact, I only used four of the eight mounting holes, and it was still very stable. A particularly nice touch is the screw-on caps that go over the mounting screws.
One little trick that helped in drilling the mounting holes was to use a hammer and a nail punch (you could probably also use a 10D nail) to make a little nick in the exterior of the tile where the center of the mounting hole is. This gives the drill bit something to bite into and not ramble off the hole. To make this mount well, you must have the drilled holes genuinely well-aligned with the holes in the caddy.
In short, this item is extremely recommended.
